At CEDAR Outreach, we provide resources for people struggling with substance use needs, living unsheltered, facing barriers to employment, or coming into conflict with the law for poverty related issues.

Through our peer-support team, we give our clients the tools they need to make positive changes in their lives. Our peer-support workers understand the struggle and can meet folks where they're at, whether they are living in a house, a shelter, or outside in a camp.

We strive to build relationships based on a foundation of trust, respect and dignity for all those we support.

If you are looking for help for yourself or a loved one, we are available to talk.
