  • Megan Capp

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Megan has a Master of Arts degree in conflict analysis and management and is currently getting her doctorate. Megan is a practitioner with many years of experience in community development and justice work. CEDAR is in line with her personal passion of creating spaces for human dignity and justice.

  • Andrea

    MANAGER OF PROGRAMS

    Andrea oversees the day to ay work that is happening at CEDAR. She has a background in frontline work supporting vulnerable populations in settings such as OPS, shelters, and community outreach. Andrea brings dedication and passion and models her values of human dignity and inclusion in all that she does.

    COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND ENCAMPMENT RESPONSE TEAM WORKER

    Giving out resources and support she wishes she had when she was living on the street ten years ago.

  • Johnny

    COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND ENCAMPMENT RESPONSE TEAM WORKER

    Johnny has a diploma in social services and youth care and is trying to make a meaningful contribution to address some of the many social issues our cities and neighbours are facing today.

    Currently pursuing a degree in Criminology, Ethan brings both passion and purpose to his work. He is deeply committed to helping others and fostering a safe, supportive community where everyone feels heard and valued.

    PREVENTION And DIVERSION

    Uchenna is passionate staff on our Prevention and Diversion team. He is dedicated to service delivery, through promoting resilience, collaboration, and hands-on stewardship. He helps foster respect and connection to community resources.

  • Kabiru

    PREVENTION AND DIVERSION

    Kabiru immigrated from Nigeria to Canada 3 years ago, bringing a background of accounting with him. He has a big passion for helping other succeed, making him an essential part of CEDAR.

    PREVENTION AND DIVERSION

    Ravneet works as a Prevention & Diversion worker in CEDAR Outreach Society. She believes giving to the community is the first step towards lasting change. Ravneet feels that together, we can create safer, stronger, and more resilient communities where everyone has a chance to thrive.

  • Michelle 

    SUPPORTED RENT SUPPLEMENT PROGRAM

    Michelle has many years of experience working with the vulnerable/marginalized population in both bed-based addictions treatment centers and community programs.  She is passionate about housing security and working alongside people to move beyond their barriers and achieve greater independence.

  • Roy

    PEER SUPPORT

    Roy has been working as a Peer Support Worker for the past 15 years, first at Positive Living (now known as Phoenix Society), as well as at The Cabin, and now at CEDAR Outreach.
